Merrion St. Office

This is a period building and protected structure located on Merrion Street, Dublin 2. The historical importance of the building and protecting the existing features was the highest priority for the project. The project is an office fit-out and refurbishment of this existing building. The materiality and design of the office furniture are modern, crisp and slightly industrial, this is deliberately done to contrast the period features of the original building. The colour palette was whites, greys and blacks to give the interior design a minimalist and timeless quality.

The office fit-out development consisted of constructing new offices within a large floor plan, rearranging the mezzanine areas to accommodate new kitchenettes and offices and a complete refurbishment of the existing building.
